Madison Dental Spa is a cosmetic and general dental practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, offering high-quality dentistry in a comfortable, spa-like setting. Dr. Eric Chason trained at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and completed a general practice residency affiliated with Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons. He and his team serve adults and children across New York City, including patients with dental anxiety.

Peter Kouvaris — Master Ceramist

For porcelain veneers and cosmetic treatment, Dr. Chason works exclusively with Peter Kouvaris, a master ceramist with over 35 years of experience who trained under Willi Geller and serves on the faculty at NYU College of Dentistry. Peter comes into the office while patients are in temporary veneers to review shade and fit in person before final restorations are made. That direct involvement in the process is central to the cosmetic results the practice delivers.

Services

Services include porcelain veneers, Invisalign, Zoom! teeth whitening, crowns and bridges, dental implants, extractions, and emergency dentistry. The practice also provides preventive care for the whole family, including routine exams, professional cleanings, and X-rays. Dr. Chason uses the iTero Element 5D scanner for precise digital impressions and is certified in Invisalign.

Meet Dr. Chason

Eric Chason, DDS, is a cosmetic and general dentist practicing at Madison Dental Spa located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. He has a high standard of excellence in personalized dental care.

Dr. Chason graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and continued his training by completing a general practice residency at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University in New York City.

Dr. Chason provides a welcoming and calming chairside experience for his
patients and focuses on preventative treatments and patient education. He is passionate about cosmetic dentistry and has impacted many patients’ lives by enhancing their smiles and overall confidence through the smile makeover procedure. With his attention to detail and aesthetic eye, Dr. Chason has created many individualized, beautiful smiles over the years, working alongside master ceramist Peter Kouvaris.

Dr. Chason is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Outside of the office, Dr. Chason enjoys skiing, playing basketball, and rooting for his undergraduate alma mater, the University of Michigan (Go Blue).
